3. Products, Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include any applicable UK tax disclosures, with no hidden charges added at checkout.
- We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images, but we do not guarantee this content is entirely error-free.
- Stock availability is confirmed at the time of order processing; in the rare event an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued for any payment already taken.
4. Orders & Payment
We accept two payment methods for all orders:
- PayPal & PayPal Express: secure online checkout with full PayPal Buyer Protection.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): available for eligible UK mainland commercial buyers, verified by phone or email before dispatch, with payment collected on delivery.
An order is only confirmed once payment is authorised (PayPal) or your COD order is verified. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping across UK mainland only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (cut-off 2:00 PM GMT), with transit taking a further 3–5 business days via insured pallet freight or commercial courier — a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days. Heavy items (30kg+) are delivered kerbside via pallet.
6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, free of charge and with no restocking fee — see our full Return & Refund Policy for details. All equipment is covered by a 1-Year Commercial Parts & Labor Warranty. Transit damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
