1. Processing & Handling Time

All commercial equipment orders undergo mechanical inspection and protective freight packaging prior to dispatch:

• Order Cut-off Time: 14:00 (GMT) Monday through Friday.
• Handling Time: Orders placed before cut-off are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Orders received after 14:00 GMT on Friday or during weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Transit Time & Delivery Coverage

We provide transparent freight terms across the United Kingdom:

• Standard UK Mainland Freight: FREE (£0 cost) on all orders. Estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch — a total estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 business days from order placement.
• Offshore & Remote Regions: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and other offshore territories may require an additional 1–2 business days, and a supplementary freight surcharge calculated at checkout.

3. Payment Methods

We accept two secure payment methods for all orders:

• PayPal & PayPal Express: secure online checkout with full PayPal Buyer Protection.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): pay directly upon equipment receipt, available for eligible UK mainland commercial buyers, verified by phone or email prior to dispatch.

4. Carrier Network

We partner with specialised commercial couriers to ensure heavy catering machinery arrives safely at your business premises, including Palletways, DHL Freight, Royal Mail, and local heavy-goods couriers, depending on the size and weight of your order.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Inspection

Once your order is dispatched from our Glasgow distribution centre (128 Hydepark St, Glasgow G3 8BW), you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and direct tracking portal link.

Crucial Freight Note: Commercial equipment must be visually inspected upon delivery. If palletised packaging appears damaged, please mark the courier delivery receipt as "Damaged Upon Receipt" and contact us within 48 hours with photographic proof.

6. Delivery Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

If you need to update your business delivery address, please notify our support team within 12 hours of order placement. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or no authorised staff being available during scheduled business hours, re-delivery fees may apply.
